We have received many requests from people wanting to bring Construide and the impact generated by the construction of houses to their state.

The new Construide Expansion program consists of the selection and training of new groups that want to build houses in Brazil, starting on a specific basis.

This means that if you desire to build just 1 house, there will be no other commitments beyond this story.

Below we describe some important criteria and points that you need to know about how Construide works and what you need to be part of. After reading these points and still wanting to sign up, fill out the form at the end of this page so that we can get to know you better.

01. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE OF THOSE WHO WILL LEAD THE EXPANSION GROUP.

This person will be responsible for managing all areas. The profile required for this role is someone who has experience and an entrepreneurial spirit, leadership of people and processes, a good problem solver, commercial, and who is easy to make connections with.

02. HAVE A HISTORY OF MISSIONARY WORK AND VOLUNTEERING.

The people involved must have experience and a heart for social causes, as during the training and execution of works there will be moments when decisions come from experience and care for people.

03. TRAINING THE OPERATION TEAM.

Form a team with 7 people who will be responsible for the execution and good performance of each area. The operation is divided into the following areas: Commercial, Works, Projects, Donations, Financial, Human Resources and Marketing.
