SEE WHAT IS THE CRITERIA

The land must be owned and/or have legal documentation;

Family with up to 8 resident members;

The family is responsible for finding a place to stay during construction;

The land needs to be accessible for the delivery of construction materials, rental of dumpsters, and movement of volunteers.

The land must have a minimum area of 5 x 8 meters;

The land must be located in São Paulo.

Fit into classes D and E, with household income up to R$2,900.00 ($587.64);

The family is responsible for paying 10% of the total value of the house through an installment plan. NOTE: It is important to clarify that this 10% value will be paid by the family through an installment plan or through the partners who are bringing the story.

After filling out the form, the family will undergo an internal evaluation by our team, analyzing the established prerequisites. They will also be subject to an online interview. This process may take up to 3 months after submission.
