MISSION:
Our mission is to build homes for families in situations of social vulnerability through collective efforts with our volunteers and to impact lives through our work.
VISION:
Construide's vision is to use civil construction as a tool to reach families and communities in general, offering meaningful spaces to low-income populations.
VALUES:
Commitment to purpose, love above all, excellence in work, empathy with others, and responsibility with resources.
In January 2017, our founder, Bruno Bordon, embarked on a missionary trip to the interior of Piauí, where he encountered the dire living conditions of a specific family. He was struck by the desire to transform the current situation in which they lived.
After sharing their story on social media, he managed to raise funds for construction. Unfortunately, the family was disbanded, but he continued to raise funds and help families living in similar situations.
Today, after 7 years, we have already impacted over 90 families, with 30,000 lives touched, 5,000 registered volunteers, and actions carried out in other states and countries.
Bruno, our founder, has always been passionate about architecture and social projects. In 2021, he was featured in the Third Sector in Forbes under 30, and also received the Social Highlight Award 2022 from Portobello company. Today, he has his own architecture firm and serves as a counselor for Construide.

We have been recognized by Innovation Latam and Fundação Dom Cabral for two consecutive years for our commitment to perfect measurement of the impact we are making in our field of operation. Out of 500 startups across Latin America, fewer than 70 were certified with the Impact 2020 Seal, and we had the honor of being one of them.
